Refund Policy


1. Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit only and items priced at $49.00 or less are final sale. (cannot be returned or exchanged)

2. To be eligible for a return or exchange, because you had a problem with your order, please send an email to and contact us within 7 days of delivery, you must provide images that evidence the situation with your article to guarantee your change and you can receive the authorization. If the mail is not issued within the mentioned date, unfortunately the change or return cannot be made to obtain the credit.

3. At the time of the change if you want the same product and it is out of stock, you must select another item that has the same value.

4. You should know that if the merchandise or the product is damaged, with odors, washed or altered in any way, in the same way if the returned item is not shown with the packaging (box, wrapper as the item was sent to you) original, this automatically voids the exchange, so we do not accept or issue store credit and will bill additional shipping costs and reship the order if this occurs.

5. Items of jewelry and discount or sale items have no return or credit to the store, this sale is total and final.

6. Shipping fees are not refundable and return shipping fees are not covered, please understand that whenever a product is returned, shipping and handling falls on the customer.
